Warranty, Exchange and Return
Security:

Exchange and Return:
If you encounter a problem with the product, or if you want to return or exchange the product:

- If the customer is not satisfied with the product, the replacement and return is allowed within 3 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the product is in the same original condition with all its contents from the same company and is not used or opened or the outer packaging of the product is damaged and the customer bears the full shipping costs
Return or replacement of devices of all kinds is within 24 hours from the time of purchase from receiving the product and it is in its original condition
- If a product arrives other than the order that was ordered from the store, and the mistake was made by the Echo Al-Mostaqbal store in preparing the order, the Echo Al-Mostaqbal store will bear all shipping costs and product replacement
- If you place an order with a credit card, we will refund the price of the product (item) only. Please note that it may take 10 to 15 business days for the amount to appear on your bank statement once the payment has been processed by the Finance Department.
